    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On May 4, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer. The parties have reached a verbal agreement, and petitioner’s attorney apologized for
    not having drafted the proposed settlement documents. Petitioner will try to have the documents
    prepared before the next status conference.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on July 6, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner. At
    the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
    matter.
     
    There is an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
