    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On May 4, 2004, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
    conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. Petitioner is directed to file a status
    report on this case by May 25, 2004.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on June 4, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
     
    There is an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
