Dear Chairman Novak:
I am writing this letter in support of the modification permit for United Disposal’s transfer station
referenced above.
I understand that you are in receipt of support letters from the City of Kankakee and the Village of
Bourbonnais and a resolution of support number R-3-03-4 from the Village of Bradley.
Chairman Novak, United Disposal located in the Village of Bradley has applied for a supplemental
operating permit to the I.E.P.A. The amendment is to repeal condition number 9. After reading the
information from the above mentioned municipalities, I agree that this facility is an important
community resource.
