    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On April 27, 2004, petitioner contacted the hearing officer to request an extension of time
    to file its response to respondent’s motion for summary judgment. In light of petitioner’s
    repeated lack of attention to this case, if petitioner does not file its response by the new deadline
    of June 8, 2004, the hearing officer will refer this matter to the Board for dismissal. The new
    deadlines are as follows:

    There is an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
