On February 9, 1998, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) and

By order of February 19, 1998, the Board reserved docket PCB 98-105 for any petition

1998), the Board will dismiss the docket as unnecessary.”
Since no petition has been filed, the Board dismisses this matter and closes the docket.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, hereby certify that
the above order was adopted on the 16th day of April 1998 by a vote of 7-0.
