    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
      
    On April 22, 2004, a telephonic status conference was held. Jeffery Tock, attorney for
    The Highlands, Inc. was not able to appear due to illness. Complainant further represented that
    settlement discussions continue with the respondents and that draft stipulations and proposals for
    settlement being exchanged. The attorney for respondent Murphy Farms, Inc. made an oral
    motion for time to file its answer to the complainant’s second amended complaint to and
    including July 15, 2004. That motion is granted.
     
    The parties are reminded that a telephonic status conference with the hearing officer is
    scheduled for June 24, 2004, at 10:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
    complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
    conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
    their readiness for hearing.
