    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On April 22, 2004, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Respondent’s attorney is directed to file an
    appearance in this matter. Petitioner reports that negotiations with respondent’s permit unit have
    been productive, and the parties will continue to work on resolving this matter without hearing.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on June 29, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
     
    Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this case.
