    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On April 20, 2004, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Petitioner reported that the parties are working to
    narrow the issues for hearing. The parties will be prepared to set a hearing date at the next status
    conference.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on May 27, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
    At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
    matter.
     
    Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
