HEARING OFFICER ORDER
  
On April 20, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The complainant requested that another telephonic status conference be held in
30 days, and that, in the interim, the parties will review the now completed discovery and be
prepared to propose hearing dates at the next status conference. Respondent had no objection.
Complainant’s request is granted.
The parties are reminded that a telephonic status conference with the hearing officer is
scheduled for May 25, 2004, at 9:30. The status conference must be initiated by the
complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
propose hearing dates.
