HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

 

  

On April 15, 2004, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent did not appear.

The complainant represented that it will have internal discussions on whether to dismiss the

Section 12 (a) alleged violation of the Illinois Environmental Protection Act (Act), and whether

to file a supplemental pleading addressing Section 33 (c) and 42 (h) of the Act in lieu of

proceeding to hearing.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on May 27, 2004, at 9:15 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the

complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and

their readiness for hearing.
