HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On or about March 8, 2004, the parties submitted a proposed discovery schedule. The
proposed discovery schedule is accepted to the extent as follows: all written fact discovery to be
completed on or before July 26, 2004; all depositions, excepting experts, to be completed on or
before August 26, 2004; identity of experts, excepting rebuttal experts, to be disclosed and
expert reports served, on or before September 27, 2004; all rebuttal expert reports to be served
on or before October 27, 2004; all expert depositions to be completed on or before November 29,
2004.
The parties also attached an agreement to the proposed discovery schedule regarding
property inspection and accesses therein.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on June 10, 2004, at 10:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
