HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 26, 2004, the parties submitted a proposed and agreed discovery schedule.
The proposed discovery schedule is accepted to the extent as follows: non-expert discovery to
be served on or before August 20, 2004; non-expert discovery to be completed on or before
September 20, 2004; for expert discovery, complainant to serve the information referenced in
Illinois Supreme Court Rule 213 (f) on or before November 1, 2004; for expert discovery,
respondent to serve the information referenced in Illinois Supreme Court Rule 213 (f) on or
before December 1, 2004; expert discovery to be completed on or before January 14, 2005;
dispositive motions to be filed on or before February 15, 2005; responses due to be filed on or
before March 15, 2005; replies due to be filed on or before March 30, 2005.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on May 20, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
