    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    The parties are advised that this matter has been assigned to the hearing officer identified
    below. From this date forward, any pleading filed with the Clerk of the Board in this matter
    must also be served individually on the hearing officer.
     
    The hearing officer spoke to petitioner’s attorney on April 2, 2004. Petitioner agreed to
    file an open waiver of the decision deadline within the next seven days. The parties are directed
    to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on May 18,
    2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
      
    The decision deadline in this case is July 8, 2004.
