HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 6, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The supervisor for respondent’s technical unit apologizes for the delay, and has
cleared the schedule for the reviewer to complete this project as soon as possible. Respondent’s
attorney could not say how long that might take. Once the review is complete, respondent will
send a draft remedial action permit to petitioner. If petitioner agrees with the draft permit, the
public comment period will commence.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on May 6, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
petitioner. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
above-captioned matter.
The petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
