HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 5, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The proposed settlement agreement is being circulated for signatures at the
Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. When complainant receives the signatures, the
proposed agreement will be sent to respondent.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on June 8, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the complainant.
At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
matter.
