    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On April 5, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent plans to sign a stipulation this week. Complainant’s inspector still
    needs to reinspect the site before the proposed settlement may be filed with the Board.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on May 6, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
