    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On April 5, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties have made some progress concerning this settlement. Respondent
    has made a new offer that complainant is considering.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on May 6, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant.
