Dear Mr. Bereket-AB:
Enclosed please find Federal US
Corporate Income Tax Return for Economy Plating for the
years of 1999,
2000,
and 2001.
You will note that the company on a fiscal year ending June 30.
Based on this fact the 2002 tax return is not due until September 15, 2003.
As you will see
from the tax returns, the company has lost in excess of $26,000.00
each year
with the loss increasing.
You will also notice that the salary ofMr. Koerner is very modest
ranging between $10,000.00 and $18,000.00 per year. Based on this numbers, the company does
not have the ability to pay the significant fine.
After you have reviewed the tax returns,
please call me to discuss the possible settlement ofthis
matter.
