HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

On April 1, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the

hearing officer. The complainant requested that it be given until April 16, 2004, to file its

response to the respondent’s affirmative defenses set forth in its answer, filed March 2, 2004.

Respondent had no objection. Complainant’s request is granted. A hearing date may be

scheduled at the next status conference.

 

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status

conference on scheduled for May 27, 2004, at 10:30 a.m. The status conference must be

initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance.

At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-

captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
