HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

On April 1, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference. The

respondent represented that it continues its attempt to resolve the technical issues. The

respondent represented that it anticipates that the additional monitoring wells to be installed will

resolve all of the issues. The complainant represented that it continues its penalty discussions

with the respondent.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference on June 3, 2004,

at 11:15 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each

party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties

must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for

hearing.
