    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On March 31, 2004, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondents did not appear. Respondents have hired an attorney to assist with
    the settlement and figure out what needs to be done to remedy the site. Respondents’ attorney is
    again directed to file an appearance. Complainant sent a copy of the proposed settlement
    agreement yesterday, and the site is supposed to be cleaned in April. Complainant will reinspect
    the site in May.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:00 a.m. on June 1, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant.
