    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On March 30, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Petitioner is working on a consent order with the Illinois Attorney General.
    Once that is finalized, the parties expect to settle this matter. Petitioner agreed to file an
    additional waiver of the decision deadline within the next seven days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on June 1, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
      
    The decision deadline in this case is currently August 12, 2004.
