HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

 

On March 30, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the

hearing officer. As last reported, the parties’ discussions have stalled while the generator and

former operator continue to discuss a proposed consent order to provide remedial action.

Complainant did not have any new information on the consent order, but will file a status report

with the Board by April 20, 2004.

  

The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing

officer at 10:30 a.m. on May 24, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the

complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance.
