HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

 

On March 29, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the

hearing officer. The parties are optimistic that this matter may be settled within the next thirty

days.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer at 9:30 a.m. on May 24, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the

petitioner. If the proposed settlement agreement is filed before May 24, 2004, the status

conference will be cancelled with no further notice.

 

Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
