HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 25, 2004, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent reports that it is working with the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency (Agency) on stack testing protocol, and must file a report with the Agency in
May 2004. The parties will then begin discussions about whether this matter may be resolved
without hearing.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on June 29, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
