    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On March 25, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent provided additional financial information to the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency (Agency). The Agency expects to complete its financial
    analysis within two weeks. Complainant will relay the information to respondent, and the parties
    will discuss the proposed settlement.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 2:00 p.m. on May 20, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter.
