HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

 

On March 24, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the

hearing officer. Petitioner represented that it forwarded a draft of an adjusted standard petition

to the respondent for review. Respondent represented that it has reviewed the draft and has

forwarded the draft, complete with comments, to the petitioner. The petitioner anticipates that it

will revise the draft accordingly and continue discussions with the respondent.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on June 10, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the petitioner,

but each party nonetheless is responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the

parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness

for hearing.
