    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by A.S. Moore):
     
      
    On January 30, 2004, complainants 2222 Elston LLC and the City of Chicago, along with
    respondent Purex Industries, Inc. (Purex), moved the Board to dismiss with prejudice these
    consolidated enforcement actions as to Purex. Complainants and Purex state that they have
    settled. The Board grants the motion.
     
    On February 6, 2004, complainants 2222 Elston LLC and the City of Chicago, along with
    the remaining respondents (
    i.e.
    , Federal Die Casting Company (Federal Die), Federal Chicago
    Corporation (Federal Chicago), and Raymond E. Cross (Cross)), moved the Board to dismiss
    with prejudice these consolidated enforcement actions as to Federal Die, Federal Chicago, and
    Cross. Complainants and these three respondents state that they have settled. The Board grants
    the motion.
     
    Having granted the motions to dismiss these consolidated enforcement actions as to all
    respondents, the Board closes both dockets.
