I am a land owner of Henry, IL and have4

children. I

am sending

this to put in writing my opposition to

the permit appeal

PCB 91-17 and the adjusted standardAS 02-05 for the Noveon plant. I stronglyurge this company be held to the standards

already in place.

The amount of ammonia

discharged into the river along withthe air pollution is alarming and ridiculous.

I’m

sending this as the vOice of my children also. We would like an immediate review hearing for the citizens of the

community to attend.
