    Proposed Rule. Dismissal Order.
    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by K.M. Hennessey):
    Pursuant to Sections 7.2, 13(c), and 22.4(a) of the Environmental Protection Act (Act),
    the Board would normally propose amendments to the Underground Injection Control (UIC)
    regulations semi-annually. Accordingly, the Board reserved this docket for U.S.
    Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) rules adopted during the period from July 1,
    1997, through December 31, 1997. During this period, USEPA did not amend its UIC
    regulations in any way that would require Board action. For the foregoing reason, the Board
    hereby dismisses this proceeding.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
