    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
    On December 30, 1997, Franklin C.U.S.D. #1 (Franklin) filed a petition for review of
    an underground storage tank fund reimbursement determination issued by the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency on November 26, 1997. The Board accepted this matter for
    hearing on January 8, 1998.
    On February 13, 1998, Franklin filed a motion for voluntary dismissal. The motion is
    granted, and this docket is closed.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
