This

is a

Petition for

Review.

I

am

petitioning to resolve this problem by cleaning

up all the debris.

I have already brought equipment in and scraped

the creek

bank and the surrounding area.

Swords Veneer is completing the rest of the

cleanup

by hauling this to the appropriate site.

I

wish to resolve this problem

as

quickly as possible without fines that

I cannot afford.

When

I hauled these wood

chips to my

home,

I

did so to use them for bedding for

my wife’s horses.

I

had extra chips, so

I spread them around the

creek bank and

surrounding area.

I

did not knowthat

I

could

not use these or haul them in. There

are numerous tree companies in

the area that dump wood

chips for people, and

they are used for landscaping. Again,

I

did not know this was a violation and

I

wish

to completely resolve

this problem.
