otherwise known as
the

Crownline
proposes
the
following
adjusted
standard
applicable
‘to
its
fiberglass
boat
manufacturing
operation.
“Pursuant
to
the
authority
under
Section
28.1
of the
Environmental
Protection
Act, the
Board
hereby
adopts
the
following
adjusted
standard.
This
adjusted
standard
shall
apply
solely
to
Crownline
Boats,
Inc.
(“Crownline”).
As
an
altemative
to
compliance
with
35
IAC
§
215.301,
this
adjusted
standard
allows
Crownline
to
limit
its
discharge
of
organic
material
into
the
atmosphere
from
its
boat
manufacturing
operations
by
complying
with
the
National
Emission
Standard
for’
Hazardous
Air
Pollutants
for
New
and
Existing
Boat
Manufacturing
Facilities,
set
forth
at 40
CFR
§63
Subpart
VVVV~
as
maybe
amended in
the future.”
Any
person
may cause
a
public
hearing
to be
held
in
the
above-described
adjusted
standard
proceeding
by
filing
a
hearing
request
with
the
Illinois
Pollution
Control
Board
within
21
days
after
the
date
of
publication of
this
notice.
The
hearing
request
should
clearly
indicate
the
docket
number
for
the
adjusted
standard proceeding,
as
found in this
notice,
and
must
be
mailed
to the
Clerk of the Board,
Illinois Pollution
Control Board,
