    I, James Farley am Filing a Petition for Review, with the Illinios Pollution Control Board
    and the
    Illinois Enviromental Protection
    Agency. I, James Parley elect to contest thisAdministrative Citation by
    petitioning the Illinois Pollution Control Board
    for the reasons indicated below:
    1.
    I, James Parley
    did
    not cause said
    land pollution.
    2.
    Once notified of
    said pollution
    I immediately took steps to correct the situation.
    I then
    notified Jan Mier of the Illinois Enviromental Protection Agency for a follow up inspection.
    Instead of the
    follow up inspection
    I recieved this citation.
    3.
    As stated it is true that
    I am purchasing said property however,
    I am not operating a
    business at that location.
