Dear IPCB Members,

I ask that you uphold the decision of the Rochelle City Council, which

acted as the siting authority, to deny expansion of the Rochelle

landfill. The decision was made on evidence that an expansion was

not in the best interest of the residents of Rochelle and the

surrounding communities.
