to the meeting. Chairman Novak directed the Clerk of the Board to poll each member for their

Treatment Plant Fluoride Discharge, 35 Ill. Adm. Code 304.233 –
The Board adopted a final opinion and order granting this request
for a rulemaking to amend the Board’s water pollution control
