    On December 11, 2003, Joseph Freudenberg filed a motion requesting permission to
    appear
    pro hac vice
    on behalf of respondent in this proceeding. Mr. Freudenberg is a member in
    good standing of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania bar. The Board grants Mr. Freudenberg’s
    motion to appear

    Also on December 11, 2003, respondent filed a motion for extension of time to respond
    to the complaint until February 13, 2004. The Board grants the motion.
