ORDER OF THE BOARD (by N.J. Melas):

On December 3, 2003, petitioner McLean County School District No. 5 filed a motion to
voluntarily dismiss this matter. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency issued a letter
dated November 12, 2003 stating that a water well setback exception is not necessary for the
Agency’s approval of the petitioner’s High Priority Corrective Action Plan. The Board grants
the petitioner’s motion, dismisses this matter and closes the docket.

    IT IS SO ORDERED.

I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the Board
adopted the above order on December 18, 2003, by a vote of 5-0.
