telephonic status conference was held on December 9, 2003. Counsel for respondent
Federal Die Casting Company did not appear due to a conflict. The telephonic status conference
was rescheduled to the date and time noted below.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on December 16, 2003, at 10:30 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be initiated
by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status ofthe above-captioned matter
