Now comes the City of Kankakee and hereby requests this Board to order
County of Kankakee, Edward D. Smith, Kankakee County Stat&s Attorney and Waste
Management of Illinois, Inc., petitioners herein to reimburse the City of Kankakee for
the Costs of the Record previously incurred and expended for the purpose of
preparation of the Record of Proceedings filed herein as previously ordered by this
Board. In support thereof, the following is stated:
