adopted a final opinion and order in this rulemaking to amend the
Board’s public water supply regulations. Public water suppliers
who execute enforceable commitments to achieve compliance with
the radionucilide drinking water standard can be relieved of the
new hook on ban imposed by the restricted status rules.
