ORDER OF THE BOARD (by M. McFawn):
On December 30, 1997, petitioner General Business Forms, Inc. (GBF) filed a
“Motion to Dismiss,” in which it represents that in light of issuance of various permits to GBF
subsequent to the filing of this appeal, it is unaware of any remaining controversy to be
adjudicated by the Board. The time for response under 35 Ill. Adm. Code 101.241 has run,
and no response in opposition to the motion has been received. The Board hereby grants
GBF’s “Motion to Dismiss.” This appeal is dismissed and this docket is closed.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
Section 41 of the Environmental Protection Act (415 ILCS 5/41 (1996)) provides for
the appeal of final Board orders to the Illinois Appellate Court within 35 days of service of this
order. Illinois Supreme Court Rule 335 establishes such filing requirements. See 145 Ill. 2d
    R. 335; see also 35 Ill. Adm. Code 101.246, Motions for Reconsideration.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, hereby certify that
the above order was adopted on the 8th day of January 1998, by a vote of 6-0.
