ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
On December 10, 1997, complainant, Dayton Hudson Corporation (Dayton Hudson),
and respondents, Cardinal Industries, Inc. and Daniel E. Cardinal Jr., filed a document
entitled “Stipulation to Dismiss.” In this document, the parties state that they have entered
into a settlement agreement and therefore Dayton Hudson’s complaint in this matter should be
dismissed with prejudice. The Board will treat this filing as a motion to voluntarily dismiss
this action, which the Board hereby grants. Accordingly, the Board dismisses this action with
prejudice, and the docket is closed.
