On September 11,
1997, this inspector conducted a site visit at the Pryor Kalver Kamp #1 Tank
Battery.
Two inches ofcrude oil was pooled within the soil containment berm.
Crude oil residue
was not visible in Fulton Creek from the above
referenced incident.

a 30 feet by 40 feet area.
On October
17,
1997,
this inspector called John Piyor ofPryor Oil Company.
Mr. Pryor said that
he had removed the crude oil from this
containment area and planned to remove the oily straw
surrounding the TankBattery.
