Please make changes to the current Sound Emission Standards for ‘Iaughan & Bushnell Mfg. Co.

Under Title 35. Subtitle I-I, Chapter I, Section 901.121, paragraph (a) states “no more than ten

hammers at any one time.” Section 901 .121 paragraph (b) states “6:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.”

Vaughan & Bushnell Operational Level

Paragraph (a) should read “eleven

hammers” and paragraph (b) should read “6:00 a.m. and 1:30 a.m.”
