ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Yi):
On June 28, 1996, Edward M. Pearl (complainant) filed a complaint against Bicoastal
Corporation, Singer Corporation, Controls Corporation of America Profit Sharing and
Retirement Trust, and Eaton Corporation. On November 11, 1996, the Board dismissed
Controls Corporation of America Profit Sharing and Retirement Trust as a respondent for lack
of service.
On November 10, 1997, the complainant filed a motion to voluntarily dismiss this
matter with prejudice. The Board hereby grants complainant’s motion and closes this docket.
