The parties are continuing to
develop a comprehensive settlement proposal with
other interested persons to address conditions at the subject.
This effort includes drafting a
settlement agreement.
2.
The parties expect this to require an additional
6o days to finalize.
3.
The parties will be prepared to report on theirprogress at the telephone status
‘conference set for October 14, 2003.
The parties submit this report for review by the Pollution Control Board.
