Dear Dorothy Gunn

I am writing to express my concern about the above referenced case about Mr. Low~’s

application to create a waste transfer station along Rte. 14 near my home.

Mr. Lowe’s application does not meet the criteria for siting a waste transfer station and

his application should be refused for creating any such facility in that area.

Frankly, any such facility must not be allowed near residential areas.
