REOUESTING A SITE VISIT
Co-Petitioners Lowe Transfer, Inc. and Marshall Lowe (“LOWE”), by Zukowski Rogers
Flood & McArdle, its attorneys, respectfully request the Pollution Control Board schedule a site
visit to the proposed Northwest Highway Transfer Facility (“Facility”) location. In support of
this Motion, LOWE states as follows:
1.
Section 101.632 of the Pollution Control Board rules and regulations states as
follows:
Upon the request of any party or the Board’s own motion, the
Board may conduct a site visit to establish a more comprehensive
record.
2.
The issue of the suitability of the location of the Lowe Facility is at issue in this
siting location approval appeal.
3.
Having the ability to observe the proposed Lowe Facility location will assist the
Board in its understanding of the testimony contained in the record in this matter.

WHEREFORE, Co-Petitioners, LOWE TRANSFER, INC. and MARSHALL LOWE,
request that the Pollution Control Board schedule a site visit to the proposed Northwest Highway
