    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by N. J. Melas):
    A telephonic status conference was scheduled for May 29, 2003 in this proceeding.
    Petitioners did not appear. Petitioners have failed to appear in the past five telephonic status
    conferences scheduled since January 1, 2003. The petitioners’ remaining attorney filed a motion
    to withdraw on March 5, 2003. Section 101.400 of the Board’s procedural rules requires
    petitioners to be represented by a licensed attorney. 35 Ill. Adm. Code 101.400. Board hearing
    officer Brad Halloran informed petitioners of this requirement several times including in a
    hearing officer order dated March 12, 2003. To date petitioners have failed to retain licensed
    council. Hearing officer Halloran referred this matter to the Board for appropriate sanctions in a
    hearing officer order dated May 29, 2003.
    The Board orders petitioners to retain a licensed attorney. A qualified attorney must file
    an appearance in this matter on behalf of Mr. Nesheiwat within 30 days of the date of this order
    or this matter will be dismissed and the docket closed.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
